F. Dale Wunderlich – President & CEO
As Founder, President and CEO, Dale Wunderlich provides the deft guiding hand that ensures our commitment to our clients and their success. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, driving our sales oriented culture and ensuring we maintain the highest level of quality and industry compliance. Dale founded SatCom Marketing in 1993 with a vision to create a sales organization that could effectively sell in the cable and satellite television space without creating backend customer serviceproblems. He has successfully grown SatCom Marketing from a handful of agents in a local cable head end office to our current state-of-the-art facility in Minneapolis, MN with capacity for over 400 agents.

Bob Bedford -Vice President – Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Bob Bedford is responsible for maintaining productive relationships with our valued clients and working with new clients to develop programs that deliver on their business and ROI objectives. He has 16 years of experience as a Sr. Executive in the cable industry achieving success with startups in both the MSO (U.S. Satellite Broadcasting/DirecTV) and cable network (REELZCHANNEL) sides of the business. With 10 years of experience leading large, multi-site telesalesand contact centers, Bob has the operations and marketing expertise to help our current and potential clients develop and execute the right approach to deliver on their business and ROI goals.
Bob’s favorite thing about SatCom is the strength and length of the relationships we have with our client partners, many of which have lasted 10 years or more. Bob also values our commitment to quality and compliance – not because we have to, but because we believe in it.
Josephine Simmons – Senior Director Human Resources
As Director – Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Josephine Simmons is responsible to attract and retain the highest quality employees to work on our client campaigns. Josephine uses every tool available from developing competitive benefits programs, recruiting alliances all over town and even creating proprietary testing devices to ensure we find the people who can really sell. She has over 20 year experienced as a Certified Human Resources Professional management leader who has worked in the Healthcare, Technology, CRM, Real Estate Development, and Teleservices. Josephine and her team have established Human Resources as a trusted partner and advisor for the organization.

Tim Jones – Director Information Technologies
As Director – Information Technology, Tim Jones leads a team of IT professionals that are responsible for developing and delivering business solutions for our clients. He is a solution-oriented IT professional with over 20 years of experience, much of it in the contact center industry. He understands the technology, creativity and sense of urgency required to manage large scale IT operations and deliver for our clients. Tim’s future-focused approach makes sure our technology keeps up with the industry so our clients benefits from our expertise.

Liz Terrio – Director, Client Relations
As Sr. Account Manager, Liz Terrio drives the success of client campaigns across the SatCom organization. From list management, marketing tactics and sales results all the way to call quality, Liz is the voice of the client at SatCom. With 12 years of experience in client services and 7 seven years of experience managing cable campaigns, Liz’s detail oriented approach ensures that client objectives are met, costs are contained and ROI is achieved.

Daniel Greipp – Account Manager
As Account Manager, Dan Greipp draws upon more than five years of experience with SatCom. Having held key positions in Sales Operations, Quality Assurance, and Client Relations, Dan takes a holistic approach to ensure the success of each client project. With a strong technical background, Dan specializes in developing and new processes tailored to the specific business needs of each individual client.

Brock Gardner – Sr. Sales Operations Manager – Brooklyn Park Location
Brock Gardner joined SatCom after 13 years with FLS Connect where he started as a Sales Representative and quickly rose to become Center Manager, and then Deputy Director of Operations. At FLS Connect, he oversaw huge increases in productivity, and he has had a similar effect in his role as the Sr. Sales Operations Manager at SatCom. He is a proven, driven leader, with strong analytical skills and a constant need to identify and execute process improvements.
Jessica Larson-Sales Manager-Fort Myer Location
Jessica Larson is a seasoned Manager who started her career with SatCom Marketing in 2006. Jessica began as a successful Sales Agent who was promoted to Sales Lead, Assistant Sales Supervisor, Sales Supervisor, and Sales Manager. Jessica Larson has a strong knowledge and performance base to support the cable, internet and voice industry. She was asked to relocate to Fort Myers, Florida to manage the new operation. Jessica always tells the new employees, “You get out of your job what you put into it” and she defines that motto.
