As Founder, President and CEO, Dale Wunderlich ensures our commitment to our clients and their success. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, driving our sales and Service-oriented culture and ensuring we maintain the highest level of quality and industry compliance. Dale founded SatCom Marketing in 1993 with a vision to create a sales organization that could effectively sell in the Broadband & Communications space without creating backend customer service problems
Bob Bedford – Chief Operating Officer
Bob Bedford is SatCom Marketing’s Chief Operating Officer and an experienced Contact Center and Broadband Operations executive. Bob is responsible for maintaining productive relationships with all our valued clients and working with them to develop strategies and programs that deliver on their business and ROI objectives. After spending more than two decades working in the Broadband and Communications industry and an additional 10 years in the contact center space, Bob knows what truly drives customer satisfaction, sales and ultimately, business growth. But it’s not just about pushing sales, Bob and his team work hard to comply with all legal requirements and best practices to deliver an industry leading level of quality and a customer experience that helps strengthen customer relationships and eliminates backend service problems.
Bob’s experience in the Broadband and Communications industry and contact center world has been diverse. From managing call center planning and operations for multi-center operations with over 4,000 agents to driving the growth of new startups like U.S. Satellite Broadcasting (U.S.S.B./DirecTV) and helping to design and launch the cable television network REELZCHANNEL now seen in almost 70 million homes. Bob now brings this diverse background and creative energy to SatCom Marketing where he leverages it to ensure client growth and success.
Josephine Simmons – Senior Director Human Resources
Josephine Simmons, is a certified Human Resources Business Partner and a lifetime member of the Society for Human Resource Professionals. Josephine has managed all Human Resources programs, built the Human Resources infrastructure for the organization, worked with both union and non-union companies, and implemented best practice policies and procedures to support business objectives.
Josephine Simmons has experience as a Human Resources Manager, Regional Employee Relations Director, and Director of Human Resources in the following industries; long term healthcare, technology, CRM, property management, real estate development, and teleservices. She has served on the Board of Directors for HRP-MN (Human Resources Professionals of Minnesota), on the Employer Advisory Council for HIRED, and on the Board for the ICA Food Shelf. Her Board member work includes increasing membership, developing talent strategies, and identifying topics and speakers for conferences, (e.g., From Surviving to Thriving – Lessons from the Past…Advice for the Future). Josephine is a certified Human Resources Professional who develops and implements strategies that drive engagement for talent and that aligns with success for the business. Tim Jones – Director Information Technologies
Tim Jones is Satcom Marketing’s Information Technologies and Facilities Director. Tim works with our internal team and our clients to deliver technology that ensures the success of client projects. He creates business-driven solutions that are scalable, reusable, and cost conscious. Tim believes that solution success is achieved by following a simple process; understand needs first, simplify the process, apply the best technology and automate using where possible.
Tim has worked in the IT Industry for 30 years including 10 years with SatCom Marketing. While working at Satcom, he has helped remove the smoke and mirrors of technology so our team and our clients understand what they are using and can perform at the highest levels. Navigating the constantly changing IT landscape, Tim leverages new technologies to help SatCom continuously improve and deliver the best results for our clients.
Robert Ormberg – Business Development Officer
Robert (Bob) Ormberg is the Business Development Officer at SatCom Marketing, LLC. He works with CEOs, executives to grow their brand their brand, and customer loyalty. His goal is to ensure industry profitability and sustainability. He has spent the past 35 years in the Telecommunications industry on the operations side in Sales/Marketing and Product Development. He has a proven ability to build relationships with people at every level of the company, allowing comprehensive understanding of the organizational needs.
Industry advocate who provides leadership, vision and support in the Telecommunications industry. Named Cable Fax list of Top 100 influencers in Cable for 2016, 2017, and 2018. Since 2006 has been serving on the National Cable Television Cooperative Board. Was Vice Chairman of the board 2016 to 2018. Chairman of the board from 2018 to 2020. Currently serving on the Executive/Governance and Programming committee.
Outside the Telecommunication industry, Robert is a Board member for First Layer Health.
Served as the Fund Raising Chair for the Alaska Academic Decathlon for 19 years. During his term as Chair for the AAD we raised over $3 million to provide scholarships for students in remote villages throughout Alaska.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communications from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul Minnesota.

Liz Terrio – Director, Client Relations
Lizanne Terrio is SatCom Marketing’s Director of Client Relations and is a dynamic, energetic, and innovator leader in building and maintaining long term relationships with clients. Liz has a plethora of industry expertise that allows her to guide the Client Relations team toward ensuring effective marketing solutions for SatCom’s Client Partners. Liz’s detail-oriented approach guarantees the client objectives are met, costs are contained, and ROI is achieved.
Throughout her career, Liz has provided Project and Client Management direction for several companies across a diverse group of industries. She has proven success in developing marketing and sales plans that drive the client’s metrics and revenue goals. During her 15 years with SatCom, Liz has played an integral role in achieving increased sales growth while ensuring outstanding service for our clients as well as the Client’s customers.
Liz as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Communications from the University of Minnesota. What she likes most about SatCom is the opportunity the company provides for everyone to succeed.
Daniel Greipp – Account Manager, Client Relations
Dan Greipp is an Account Manager who works directly with SatCom’s clients to drive the success of their inbound & outbound projects. Dan works with clients to develop effective campaigns and coordinates between the client and Satcom’s contact center operations team to deliver a high level of performance and ensure that client goals are met. As SatCom’s primary script writer and head of Quality Assurance, he is invloved in most aspects of the business and believes success is driven by regular investments in people, process, and technology.
Since joining SatCom in 2011, Dan has held eight positions int three departments. Starting as a Sales Agent, he developed a passion for producing quality sales. With each supervisory and management position he’s held since then, he’s worked to spark that same passion for quality in others. Under Dan’s guidance, SatCom consistently scored the highest quality ratings amongst all ten vendors for a top 5 broadband MSO. SatCom was named that client’s Quality Vendor of the Year” for three years running.
As a member of the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE), Dan is a resource for anyone who needs help navigating today’s complex regulatory landscape.
Dan’s Alma Mater is the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, where he studied Quantitative Mathematics and Computer Science.
Jessica Larson-Senior Sales Operations Manager-MN/FL/SD Location
Jessica Larson is SatCom Marketing’s Senior Operations Manager in charge of Contact Center Operations in Minnesota, Florida, and the newest location in South Dakota. Jessica has worked at SatCom Marketing for 14 years, progressing from sales agent to her current role managing contact center operations. Jessica managed the Minneapolis contact center location before relocating to Fort Myers, FL to startup our new state of-the-art contact center there in 2017. In 2020, SatCom Marketing opened a third location in Rapid City, South Dakota. Jessica successfully launched the new location and now manages all contact center activity between all centers.
Jessica’s business acumen drives client call campaign success. She is responsible for managing talent and activities that drive production for client-based projects including managing the operations process, budget planning, quality control, performance improvement, and operations strategy. Jessica has been key in developing talent to move into leadership roles for SatCom Marketing at both locations.
Jessica Larson is a key part of the Senior Management team and oversees talent development and setting training standards fro the department. Along with her leadership teams, she continually analyzes and improves organizational process, identifies ways to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
Jessica Larson has continued to participate in Leadership Workshops and Training Programs throughout her career. Her post secondary education in Business Management at Cardinal Stritch University including business statistics, pubic speaking, and project management. When Jessica is not working, she is involved in community efforts to help at-risk youth and often volunteers her time at community shelters. Jessica believes strongly in building people up by sharing her own life and business lessons.
Adam Stanley – Campaign Performance Manager
Adam Stanley joined SatCom Marketing, an established national teleservices company in 2017 at the Fort Myers, Florida facility. As a result of his strong communication skills and understanding of the company’s business model, he was quickly promoted to Training Specialist, then to Assistant Sales Supervisor, Sales Operations Supervisor, and currently holds the position of Campaign Performance Manager for the company. The Campaign Performance Manager position was a new position for SatCom Marketing developed in September 2019 for the purpose of working across teams to improve process and efficiency as well as to optimize campaigns for performance to improve bottom line results. In his current role, Adam works closely with Leadership and Senior Management to review production and revenue goals every day in order to exceed client expectations.
In the role of Campaign Performance Manager, Adam oversees and manages each Agent’s placement and performance for client call campaigns at the Florida, South Dakota and Minnesota operations. Adam continues to utilize his strong training and mentoring skills in the development and growth of his fellow Leaders and Supervisors.
Adam Stanley has solid experience with Sales, Telecommunication and Customer Service for 20 years. He also has previous Call Center Management, Trainer and Leadership Development experience. Adam won awards for Superior Guest Service and continues to enhance his personal growth by studying leadership development practices as applied to different business models.
Adam Stanley has successfully completed the Leadership Development Program at Satcom Marketing and firmly believes in the “You have to touch a person’s heart before you can ask for their hand’ approach when dealing with his team, to get the best results.
Clayton Harville – Call Center Manager
Clayton Harville joined SatCom Marketing, an established national teleservices company in 2017 at the Fort Myers, Florida facility. As a result of his strong selling aptitude and interest in managing the business, Clayton was moved to Sales Team Lead, Assistant Sales Supervisor, Sales Operations Supervisor, and currently to Call Center Manager for SatCom Marketing’s newest operation in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Prior to his professional career, Clayton competed in the Pennsylvania Regional SkillsUSA Student Competition placing 1st for his school in Information Technology Services, a contest defined by industry standards based off elements of the CompTIA A+ certification. Clayton’s strong business acumen and ability to build strong Agent teams support the company’s professional work culture and improve bottom line results.
Clayton Harville has completed the Leadership Training Program at SatCom Marketing to include comprehensive management skills for Conflict Resolution, Employee Engagement, Coaching & Development Initiatives. Clayton believes that if you want to be successful in a particular field or endeavor, perseverance is one of the key qualities.
Clayton also holds a diploma in Computer Information Systems from the Technical College High School – Pennock’s Bridge Campus in West Grove, Pennsylvania.
